Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology is a publicly funded English-language college located in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. The college has three campuses, all in Ontario: a primary campus located in Ottawa, and secondary campuses located in Perth and Pembroke.

How to Apply

Once you’ve decided on which program(s) you’re interested in, make sure you review the following instructions to ensure a successful application:

Before You Apply

§ Check out the entrance requirements found on your program page under Application/Admission Information to see if you’re eligible to apply.

§ Ensure the program you’re interested in is still OPEN the day you plan to apply.

§ Prepare to pay a $110 (non-refundable) application fee via credit card (some visa debit cards accepted) and be aware that there may be additional transcript retrieval fees.

§ Prepare to provide supporting documents about your previous education and/or applicable testing completed.

§ If you are a Permanent Resident, Landed Immigrant or Refugee you will need to provide proof of status in Canada.

When You Apply

§ Visit Ontariocolleges.ca to login or create an account. Be sure to activate your account through their email verification link. DO NOT create more than one account.

§ Make your application and select your program(s). For help, watch the How to Apply video below

The CSEP (College Student Employment Program) allows you to work on campus while you study!

Students have a variety of Awards and Scholarships available from across Algonquin College, the Students’ Association, and external supporters.

Scholarships, prizes and awards are given in recognition of academic excellence, and can include money, plaques, books, medals, etc, or any combination thereof. They are given in recognition of achievement at a variety of levels (program, department, school), for various areas (subject, program, activity, student government, etc.) and often reflect the interest and commitment of donors from the community.
